This base involves an efficient and balanced muscular system, muscles and joints flexibility and full range of motion.
The team: osteopath, physiotherapist and massage therapists involved with local and national sport teams.
Our work is divided in 4 parts:
1- Check-up: body analysis, sport consultation, preventive/maintenance treatment
2- Sport recovery.
3- Massage: relaxation for office workers and athletes.
4- Pain management: osteopathic manual therapy treatments for back pain, injury treatment/prevention, postural check and correction, headaches, digestive problems...
